Dear foreign friends, in less than ten days, we are about to usher in the Chinese Lunar Year of the Rabbit. Whether it is your first Spring Festival in Shanghai or it’s your tenth or twentith, at this wonderful time of celebrating Chinese New Year, there will be a New Year gala presented by the Science & Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality (Shanghai Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) for all foreign experts and international friends. Our sincere greetings and best wishes go to foreign friends from all over the world who are working and living in Shanghai.
